Hershey & Keeper Named Athlete of the Year

Congratulations to Juniors Natalie Hershey and Kolsen Keeper on winning their respective Athlete of the Year Awards this past Friday at our Varsity Sports Awards Ceremony!
Natalie lead our Girls Soccer team to their first District Finals appearance in program history in a season where she scored 25 Goals, 6 Assists, and 56 total points.
She was named to the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association All-Ohio team as well as a First District Selection & She is committed to play Soccer at Mount Vernon Nazarene University after high school!

Kolsen is a three sport standout for CCA (Soccer, Basketball, Baseball) and lead our Boys Soccer Program to a 14-3-1 record this fall with 40 goals scored this season - good for second most in a season in program history! He was named to the News Herald Third Team and was also named to the NCSAA (Opens in a new window)First Team as well as the NCSAA Northeast Super Region Team.
On the court in Basketball Kolsen was a menace on defense and helped pace the team to the second round of the playoffs and he was named our Defensive Player of the Year.
On the diamond Kolsen is one of our best contributors on both sides of the ball, and was also named our Defensive Player of the Year.
